I'm Tanya, a mum, pre and postnatal specialist in both Pilates and Yoga, and I'm also a birth and postanatal doula, so, I completely understand. This series of classes, designed by me, specifically for the Postnatal body, will meet you exactly where you are.


Worried about diastasis recti? Or your pelvic floor health after carrying a baby? Just looking for a Pilates class to be able to dip in and out of?


Each class in the series features movements designed to help you build core strength, stability, mobility, pelvic floor exercises, back releases and loads more. Each movement is linked to breath and will gently help you reclaim your body. Every movement is broken down and explained.


Not only that, I will be available to personally answer any questions and provide 1:1 support. You're not alone in this journey, your body has done something amazing, let's honour that together.
